Senior UX Writer. (Recovering Neuroscientist).

I’m currently a Senior UX Writer at Tide, helping business owners navigate the complexities of banking and admin without losing their minds.

Before I worked in tech, I studied Neuroscience. It turns out that understanding how the human brain processes information is the most useful skill you can bring to product design. I apply behavioural principles to reduce cognitive load and remove friction where it matters most.

I specialise in the heavy stuff: fintech, compliance, and government services. I like taking the boring problems like tax returns, payroll, and regulations, and turning them into clear, manageable user journeys.

When I’m not arguing with stakeholders about legal copy (I’m right), I’m usually reading or halfway up a climbing wall.
